Every 3000 km, Change Oil in crankcase. |
| 2. Oil filter |
Every 4000 km, Replace cartridge. |
| 3. Fuel filter. |
Every 30000 km, Replace filter. |
| 4. Universal joints. |
Every 3000 km, one fitting-each joint chassis lubricant. |
| 5. Front suspension. |
Every 3000 km, two fitting-each side, chassis lubricant. the upper and lower front suspension arms have pre-compressed bushings which should not be lubricated. |
| 6. Turbo-drive transmission. |
Every 3000 km, Chick level, add if required. At Every 30000 km drain and refill. |
| 7. Front wheel bearings. |
Every 15000 km, two bearings each side. Clean and repack. Lubricant-wheel bearing grease. |
| 8. Brake, master cylinder. |
Every 3000 km, Chick level, add if required. Correct level from top. |
| 9. Power steering, pump-reservoir. |
Every 3000 km, Chick level, add if required add if required, Lubricants automatic fluid. |
| 10. Crank case inlet air filter cap. |
Every 150000 km, Wash in cleaning fluid and drain. |
| 11. Carburettor, air cleaner. |
Every 150000 km. Clean filter. replace every 3000 km. |
12. Steering-idler arm bushings, tie
rods and connecting link ball studs. |
Every 150000 km. Chassis lubricant. |
| 13. Steering stop. |
Every 3000 km. one each side, daud on lubricant of stops. |
| 14. Rear axle (differential). |
Every 3000 km. Check level, add if required. |
